¿Todos los y las cuidadoras disponen de formación específica?
Según la necesidad de la familia. En el Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio es lo más común, no obstante, también es posible contar con cuidadoras domésticas con formación. Cuidabi proporciona formación en muchos casos.
¿Cómo contrato a una persona cuidadora?
En Cuidabi nos encargamos de seleccionar a un cuidador o cuidadora según las necesidades y la personalidad de cada persona.
La familia podrá elegir la contratación de un profesional contratado por Cuidabi o un empleado doméstico propio. En este último caso, nos ocupamos de la redacción del contrato, el seguro de responsabilidad civil y de los trámites de la Seguridad Social. También gestionamos las nóminas todos los meses, intermediamos entre las familias y garantizamos la sustitución ilimitada si se requiere.
¿Existe la posibilidad de contratar un/a cuidador/a interna?
Rotundamente sí. Aunque debes tener en cuenta que por ley deben tener 36h de descanso consecutivas.
Te recomendamos que si se requieren cuidados continuados optes por la contratación de dos cuidadoras.
Otro aspecto que debes tener en cuenta es que si residen en tu domicilio, deben tener su intimidad en una habitación privada.
¿En el caso de baja por enfermedad o vacaciones de la persona cuidadora?
Cuidabi selecciona una cuidadora de sustitución que se adapte a tus necesidades para que siempre estés atendido.
¿Trabajan También los días festivos?
Los días festivos normalmente son días libres para los trabajadores pero cabe la posibilidad de acordar con la cuidadora que trabaje remunerándoselos aparte.
Previamente se establecerán los días festivos según el calendario laboral del lugar de residencia del paciente.
